Hans Kai


There's a new way for you to stay healthy in Inkster and Seven Oaks – and it's come all the way from Japan.

NorWest Co-op Community Health Centre is introducing Hans Kai, small groups that help each other keep track of and improve their health.

The NorWest Co-op Community Health Centre HANS KAI program would like to thank the Manitoba Community Service’s Council for their financial assistance for the HANS KAI project. Their support means extra fitness training sessions and bootcamps for HANS groups and youth next year!!!! It will start the new year off on a healthy note.
