All the services at Nor' West are available because they are the services your community has requested. They are made possible by the participation of members and consumers. Being a member involves you in the decision making of programs and entitles you to elect the Board of Directors or to become a potential Board member yourself.

Nor' West has its beginnings with community conscious people. People aware of the needs and requirements for the good health and well-being of themselves, their families, their neighbours and friends – and the community at large.

How to Become a Member

With the membership fee of one dollar ($1.00) for life time participation, this is obviously not a profit making endeavour, but rather a community making service. The centre is controlled, directed and used by its members. This is the “co-op” (short for co-operative) concept.
